Richard Tzong-Han Tsai (蔡宗翰) Professor, Dept. of CSIE, National Central University (中央大學) Joint Professor, Graduate Inst. of Linguistics, National Taiwan University (台灣大學) Joint Research Fellow, RCHSS, Academia Sinica (中央研究院) Widely known in the media as the "Li Bai of the AI World" (AI界李白), Prof. Richard Tzong-Han Tsai is a leading authority in LLM Construction and Interdisciplinary AI. He specializes in the full lifecycle of model development, mastering data preparation, model training, and benchmarking. Celebrated for his unique ability to bridge the humanities and sciences, Prof. Tsai is a pioneer in Digital Humanities and an educator dedicated to AI literacy. He currently serves as the President of the Taiwanese Association for Artificial Intelligence (TAAI). His leadership extends to national infrastructure as the Co-PI of the TAIDE Project (Taiwan's sovereign LLM) and the founder of the AI CUP.
